Cletus Charles Foote, Executive Director of MHA TERO, passed away on June 2. Charles was a giant in the TERO community, overseeing the enormous growth and success of the MHA TERO as oil/energy production on the lands of the Three Affiliated Tribes (Mandan, Hidatsa, and Arikara Nation) expanded in historical ways. Charles was a fixture at CTER conferences, bringing staff and family and MHA support to the larger TERO family.
