Operate weight scales, tow motor, wheelabrator, heat treat furnaces, generators, draw furnaces, wash, load transfer cart, nitrogen purge system, oil recovery system, Wilson hardness tester and overhead hoist. Operate compute and monitor timers, temperature controllers, set point burn off's and pilot lights. In charge of seeing that shim stock samples and wash solution samples are taken to lab for analysis and titratsion. Able to plan ahead for loading and processing product through Heat Treat furnace, wash and draws, unload product to Wheelabrator or into tubs to go on to next operation. Able to fill out and keep good records and do other assigned work instructions.
