Pay: $24.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM until finish
Location: Mansfield, MA

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Distribution Center Equipment Operator to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with reach trucks, RF scanners, and electric pallet jacks and is comfortable working in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate a reach truck and electric pallet jack safely to move and transport products.
• Use an RF scanner to locate, scan, pick, and verify orders accurately.
• Select products according to customer orders and warehouse requirements.
• Move merchandise throughout the warehouse and prepare orders for shipment.
• Maintain productivity and accuracy while meeting daily order-picking goals.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and equipment operating guidelines.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.

Requirements

• Previous reach truck experience is required.
• RF scanner experience is required.
• Electric pallet jack experience is required.
• Previous warehouse order-picking or distribution center experience.
• Ability to lift, bend, stand, and walk throughout the shift.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday, starting at 2:30 PM and staying until work is finished.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to safety.
