Albuquerque, this is a local fleet feel on a regional paycheck: dedicated grocery runs to stores in New Mexico, Colorado, and Texas, and home every week for your reset.

Why Drivers Stay

• Home Weekly: 34 hour reset at home every week
• Dedicated Freight: store deliveries, same region, same lanes
• Short Load Pay: $30 extra for loads under 100 miles
• We Train: refrigerated trailer experience preferred, not required

Pay Breakdown

• $1,200 average weekly gross
• $0.51 per mile to start, $0.55 at 6 months, $0.59 at 12 months, up to $0.63 at 36 months
• $10 first stop, $15 every stop after
• Monthly performance bonus
• About 2,000 miles per week

Know Before You Apply

• Night driving is required, rotating day and night shifts
• Holidays are worked, including Thanksgiving and Christmas
• New CDL holders: $800 weekly training pay while you learn with a trainer

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL
• Trainees welcome, no prior experience needed: just a valid Class A CDL and 120+ hours of CDL training
• Experienced drivers: 6 months OTR in the last 12 months, or 12+ months in the past 5 years
• Valid license in your current state of residence and verifiable work history for the past 3 years
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years, no major preventable accidents in the last 5 years, no DUI/DWI in the past 5 to 10 years
• Must pass hair and urine drug testing
