Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support insurance customers. In this role, you will respond to inquiries via phone and email, provide guidance on benefits and claims, and deliver exceptional customer service while working in a fast-paced virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding dental insurance benefits, policies, claims, and account information via phone and email.
• Research and resolve customer concerns related to policy provisions, claim status, coverage details, and basic procedures.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Route complex requests to appropriate departments and monitor follow-up to ensure timely resolution.
• Build positive relationships with customers through active listening, empathy, and effective communication.
• Navigate multiple systems simultaneously to provide accurate and complete information.
• Maintain professionalism and deliver a high-quality customer experience on every interaction.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and performance standards.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a remote call center or customer service environment.
• Reliable high-speed wired Ethernet internet connection (minimum 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload). Wi-Fi is not compatible.
• Ability to work across multiple monitors and systems simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong verbal communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of call center or customer service experience.
• Experience supporting insurance products, particularly dental insurance.
• Previous experience working in a dental office.
• Strong typing and computer navigation skills.
• Experience using Salesforce CRM.
• Excellent listening skills with a customer-focused and empathetic approach.
