2+ years of experience in customer service, administrative support, legal services, corporate filings, or a related field.
What You'll Do
Prepare and submit business filings and forms with state agencies.
Request and retrieve business documents and records
Track orders and make sure they are completed accurately and on time.
Communicate with clients, state offices, vendors, and coworkers.
Help with Registered Agent mail, Virtual Office mail, and Service of Process (SOP) tasks.
Follow company procedures and written instructions.
Help train team members when needed.
Keep customer and company information confidential.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience
