Key Responsibilities\n

Required Qualifications\n

• Minimum 25 years of progressive professional experience in industrial manufacturing, engineering, automation, energy, or industrial technology.

• Significant executive or senior leadership experience in industrial operations, business strategy, manufacturing, or technology-driven transformation.

• Demonstrated success leading complex industrial initiatives, operational improvements, or business expansion programs.
\n
• Strong understanding of industrial strategy, operational excellence, and business development.
\n
• Familiarity with industrial AI, advanced manufacturing technologies, automation systems, or related emerging technologies.

• Experience developing strategic partnerships and working with senior stakeholders.

• Strong strategic planning, decision-making, communication, and leadership capabilities.
