All Steady Logistics is an Amazon Freight Partner hiring Class A CDL drivers out of our yard at 2856 Sullivan Road in College Park, just south of Hartsfield-Jackson Airport.

WHY NEW DRIVERS START HERE

• No minimum driving experience required
• All automatic trucks, so you can focus on the road
• No-touch drop and hook: no loading, unloading, tarps, straps or scanners
• Never more than 2 days out, so you're not stuck on the road for weeks while you learn
• Paid 6-hour orientation before your first route

PAY

• $23.00 per hour, W2
• Weekly pay every Wednesday
• Overtime pay after 40 hours
• Eligible for a raise of up to $0.25/hour after 3 months, based on performance

PICK YOUR SCHEDULE

• 4 On / 4 Off: out 2 days, home for your 10-hour reset, out 2 more days, then home for 4 days
• Your availability: send us the days you can work a week ahead and you're only scheduled on those days. Routes run a maximum of 14 hours.
• All routes stay within 550 miles of College Park
• Full-time or part-time, whichever fits your life

EQUIPMENT AND FREIGHT

• 2022 and newer Kenworth T680s, all automatic, with APU, refrigerator, microwave and power converter
• 100% Amazon freight
• No doubles, triples, hazmat or reefer

BENEFITS

• Medical, dental and vision, with family coverage, after 3 months
• Full-time drivers can get up to 50 hours per week
• Safe drivers with more availability get more hours

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid Class A CDL (Georgia CDL preferred)
• New CDL grads welcome
• 21 years or older
• Clean MVR with no recent violations in the last 2 years
• Valid DOT medical card
• Pass a DOT urine drug screen and road test
• Live within 45 miles of College Park, GA

FAST HIRING PROCESS

1. Apply online (takes a few minutes)
2. An All Steady Logistics recruiter contacts you, usually the same day, for a quick text or phone screening
3. Complete online paperwork, then an in-person drug screen and road test
4. Attend paid 6-hour orientation near the airport. Apply by Monday and you could be in orientation the following Tuesday once your background clears.

You will not be employed by Amazon. You will work directly for All Steady Logistics, a local transportation company that partners with Amazon.
